Refunds
Refunds are only available in the event that your package was not received. If you believe your package has not been delivered, please follow these steps:

- Verification: We will initiate an investigation to verify the status of your package.
- Refund Process: If it is confirmed that your package was not delivered, we will initiate the refund process. You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and Issues
